Gym shorts. Stride Shorts are made for the gym and heavy workouts. The shorts are made out of a lightweight waffle mesh that will help you move easily and without distractions. They have two open hand pockets and a hidden zip pocket, as well as a loop in the back to fasten your towel or shirt.
