Want to make a return, file a complaint or exchange an item? Register your case in our return portal at Reclaimit.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to stop, cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can make a free exchange in the return portal.

Would you like to add a product or switch to a different model? Return the item in the return portal and then place a new order.

Our goal is to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Swedish time). Sometimes our emails end up in spam, so please check your spam folder if our reply is taking a while.
