Office manager / Assistant
ICANIWILL, also known as ICIW, is a rapidly growing Swedish sportswear company. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Office Manager / Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the organization and ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations. - Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure office cleanliness and structure.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including document preparation, note-taking, correspondence management, appointment scheduling etc.
- Support the different departments with tasks such as travel arrangements, procurement of supplies and research.
- Oversee office equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, organizing logistics, and coordinating with external partners as necessary.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including the coordination of logistics, technology access, and workspace setup.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, executive assistant, or related role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing office logistics, including facilities management and procurement.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and external partners.
