The ICIW Training vest in durable 500D nylon is designed like the vests used at the CrossFit Games. Features built-in airflow channels and is fully adjustable both vertically and horizontally. Padded shoulder straps. Three sewed-on embossed silicon badges. Velcro areas in the front and back makes it easy to add own badges.

Weighted plates are included. Total weight: 9,4 kg +- 0,2 kg
- Size front plate: 38 x 31 cm
