DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
LATEST NEWS: At the moment we at being forced to stop selling and shipping to the US. We are working on a plan to see if we can resume shipping to the US in the future. Other then that we ship to all countries! The parcels are shipped straight to your mailbox so make sure that your name is visible on the mailbox

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same day! Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
Standard shipping time and rates. Note that order above 600 SEK / 118 $ / 100 € have free shipping:
Sweden 1-3 business days – 49 SEK
Europe VARUBREV 7-10 business days – 8 €Europe UPS STANDARD 2-4 business days - 18 € / 22$
Outside Europe UPS EXPRESS 3-5 business days – 18 € / 22$
The prices in our online shop are inclusive of VAT (Valued Added Tax)

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Use the contact us button on the right site of the page and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can (reply within 24 hours)
HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return your order within 14 days. Please send the parcel back to us, at ICANIWILL AB, C/O Bonver Logistics, Gåshaga brygga 1, 181 85 Lidingö, Sweden. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will bear the cost sending the new size back to you. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc. Also add your order confirmation and information regarding the change/return.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on underwear.
Black Friday / Outlet: Products in the outlet are finale sale, this means you can not return it and change size nor get your money back. If you send it back you will get a gift card for the same amount.
